5. Entry is via the internet only for entrants.
   
   
6. Maximum one entry per person, per day. Maximum 10 entries throughout the promotional period. Maximum one weekly prize per person. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of purchase in order to validate an entry. Your entry will be invalidated if you are unable to provide proof of purchase for every entry if requested.

7.3 24 WEEKLY DRAW PRIZES:

7.3(a) Winner Selection: winners of the weekly prize draws will be picked at random from all valid entries received for the relevant week using a random computer program on the Monday following the end of each weekly draw except for draws in weeks 1 and 15 when the draw will take place on the Tuesday following the Bank Holiday. If the number of prizes exceeds the number of entries for any weekly draw, any unawarded prizes will be added to the Grand Prize Draw. All valid entries from Week 1 to Week 24 will qualify for a chance to win, unless a person has already won a prize in the weekly draws. All prizes will be awarded.

7.3(b) Winner Notification:  All winners will be notified by SMS within 14 days of the relevant draw. Winners must respond and provide their required details within 28 days of receiving the initial SMS notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize from all remaining entries. 

7.3(c) Prize Redemption:
Weekly prizes– Winners of the Ooni pizza oven, Ninja Woodfire Electric BBQ Grill & Smoker, folding trolley carts and Bosh! recipe books, will have their prize sent to the address provided upon entry.  Winners of the National Garden vouchers will receive their digital voucher code via SMS.

Grand prize draw prizes– Winners of the end of promotion prize draw prizes will receive a call from the Prize Provider (who have been contracted by the Promoter to administer this prize), within 14 working days of winner notification to arrange their prize. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize from all remaining entries.. Winners should retain their notification text message until their win has been verified.

7.4 GRAND PRIZE DRAW PRIZES:

Forest Holiday Family Break Terms and Conditions outlined below:

8. No correspondence: Winner selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the prize winners.

    

9. Bulk entries, entrants using temporary or multiple email addresses or via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted into the relevant draw. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately.

    

10. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take  their prize for whatever reason, including but not limited to, the event that a winner provides an incorrect postal address or due to postal delays or loss by the postal service.

     

11. If a notification email is not or cannot be delivered due to an entrant/participant/winner for whatever reason,  including but not limited to, the winner providing an incorrect email address, or if their mailbox is full or a bounce back email is received, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize without further notification and the selected entrant will have no entitlement to claim the prize thereafter.

     

12. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. The winner’s statutory rights are not affected.

     

13. Use of Personal Data: Personal data provided will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion only. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at Privacy policy . Entrants have the right to withdraw consent, access, or delete data at any time. The name and contact details will be retained for 6 months after the prize has been fulfilled to allow the Promoter to deal with any queries from the winner or as long as legally necessary. Details, such as the surname and/or county details may be retained and made available to members of the public. The winner can request for their personal data including phone number and address details to be deleted before the expiry of this period by emailing data.protection@kerry.com. However, where there is a legal basis to retain the data, Kerry Group (and its affiliates) will be obliged to follow the appropriate data privacy law. At the same time, where Kerry Group is legally obliged to delete the data at the request of the data subject, this may impact the beneficiary from availing the prize. Such as but not limited to, the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of the winner’s prize or assist them following deletion of their phone number.The Promoter will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award of the prizes took place and will publish or make available a winner’s surname and county to members of the public who request such details from 18.05.26 to 31.01.27by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Dairy Consumer Foods (UK) Limited.Twenty, 12 Kingston Road, Staines, TW184LQ. 14. General: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of any third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to resolve or minimise the effect of such failure on the entrants.

     

15. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the winner does not receive their prize for any reason, including but not limited to, as a result of having provided incomplete or inaccurate address details.

     

16. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or for any technical failures. Except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize acceptance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

     

17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winning entries including asking for the winner’s identity, including proof of age, (which they must provide within 14 days but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter and redemption of the prize) and to refuse to award the prize or withdraw the prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won or sought to win or enter using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause.

     

18. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion, replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value, or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

     

19. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

     

20. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions (and any disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. However, if you are resident in Scotland you may bring your claim before the Scottish courts (respectively), if you wish.
