Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 4. Grease a 20x30cm loose-bottomed tin with Pure spread.
Step 2
Weigh out the dry ingredients and rub in the Pure. Put half the mixture in the tin and press down.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the apple, dates, spice and stir.
Step 4
Pour this mixture on top of the oats and spread to about 2cm short of the edge.
Step 5
Top with the rest of the oats, and press down firmly.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes until browned on top.
Step 7
Allow to cool completely and cut into slices 3cmx7cm.
